At Get FHIIT you purchase personal training, yoga classes, or dietetic and nutritional counseling with no hidden fees. There are no enrollment fees, annual fees or gym membership fees required for our personal training services, yoga instruction, or nutritional counseling. If you do not have a Bluetooth Smart Heart Rate Monitor (such as Polar HR7 Bluetooth HRM), we have loaners available at no charge for use while you train. We do not sell supplements, so you won't receive any high-pitched sales tactics to buy our brand.
An initial fitness assessment is required for all new personal training clients and is free. This allows us to discuss your goals, test your fitness and prescribe an exercise program best suited for you. The comprehensive physical fitness assessment is based on all five components of physical fitness including body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. Please allow one hour for this assessment.

For best results we recommend training one hour five times a week or a minimum of three times a week. For diet/nutritional counseling we recommend meeting once a week for the first month and then typically once a month thereafter.
